On this posts I will describe some problems and solutions I found importing Mixamo Animations (and other origins) into Unity.
Setting the environment

Mixamo Animations

Download a simple animation including the model and any Pack. When you lot download a Pack, a model volition be included with the pack.

Importing your model into Unity
